The Sports Philanthropy Project “SPP” is excited to announce its official incorporation as a not-for-profit organization. SPP will spin off the  Athlete Legacy Network , which is funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, and is pleased to have served as a launching pad for this initiative. 

We would like to formally thank SPP, Inc.’s new founding board members who have been extremely instrumental in bringing SPP to the next level.

SPP works in conjunction with private philanthropy to harness the power of sports to help build sustained and comprehensive social programs and services. SPP services specifically include:

  • Coalition building and program development
  • Comprehensive social marketing campaigns
  • Conferences and an on-line resource center
